Both intake and follow-up sessions are 50 minutes.

50-minute individual therapy sessions are $250.

This will vary depending on your choice to self-pay (cash, out-of-pocket) or use your insurance out-of-network benefits. 

Please note that I am only licensed to see clients who live in CA. I do not accept any insurances in-network. But if you have out-of-network benefits you wish to use, I will happily provide a monthly superbill or submit the claims on your behalf.

Most people find weekly sessions most beneficial, but you are free to choose the pace that works best for you. Your therapist will help you determine what’s the best frequency for you.

Yes, I ask that minors are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the initial intake session to review consents and confidentiality.

You will receive individual therapy (via video) from the comfort of your home with a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. You will learn healthier communication and coping skills to manage anxiety, trauma, self-doubt, and develop healthy boundaries. You will be met with compassion and evidence-based techniques, such as mindfulness, CBT, trauma-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, to help you overcome emotional overwhelm, break free from people-pleasing patterns, and navigate life stressors, so you can live your best life.
