Both intake and follow-up sessions are 50 minutes.

If you have insurance you could pay nothing! This will vary depending on your choice to self-pay (cash, out-of-pocket) or use your insurance plan; please contact your insurance provider for full details.

Most people find weekly sessions most beneficial, but you are free to choose the pace that works best for you. Your therapist will help you determine what’s the best frequency for you.

Yes, we ask that minors are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the initial intake session to review consents and confidentiality.

You will receive individual therapy (via video) from the comfort of your home with a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. You will learn healthier communication and coping skills to manage life stressors. You will be met with compassion and evidence-based techniques (I.e. art, mindfulness, CBT, trauma focused therapy, narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, solution focused therapy and play therapy) to assist you in overcoming emotional overwhelm & life stressors so you live your best life.

Yes, I use a platform called Headway to manage insurance billing and help clients get money back on out-of-network therapy sessions. I currently take the following insurances: Aetna, Cigna, Oscar Health, Oxford, Magellan, Anthem Blue Cross California, Blue Shield of California and United Healthcare.
